My name is Nick Power, owner and operator of Power Property Solutions Roofing.
I’ve spent over a decade working in construction across Colorado, starting in residential remodeling and exterior repairs. That hands-on experience gave me a clear understanding of how buildings are actually put together — and more importantly, how they’re properly protected from the elements.
Over time, my work became more and more focused on roofing.
I saw firsthand that the roof is the most critical system protecting a home or building, and when it’s not installed correctly, it leads to bigger problems throughout the structure.
Experience That Goes Beyond Roofing
Before launching Power Property Solutions Roofing, I worked directly in the roofing industry as a subcontractor, sales consultant, and project manager.
That experience allowed me to work closely with:
• Homeowners and property managers
• Commercial building owners
• Roofing crews in the field
• Insurance adjusters and storm restoration projects
I gained experience with both residential systems and commercial flat roofing systems, while also learning how to properly inspect roofs, manage projects, and guide property owners through the repair or replacement process.
Respect for the Craft
One of the most important things I gained from my time in the industry was a deep respect for the people actually installing the roofs.
Roofing is demanding, skilled work that requires attention to detail, discipline, and real toughness.
I also saw that the people doing the hardest work on the roof were not always given the respect they deserved, often being treated as disposable subcontractors despite the critical work being done in the trenches.
That never sat right with me.
It’s a big part of why I built this company — to do things differently.

Licensed & Focused on Roofing
After years of experience in both construction and roofing, I made the decision to fully commit to roofing and become a licensed roofing contractor.
I successfully passed both the G14 and G15 Roofing Contractor licensing exams, covering residential and commercial roofing systems, building codes, weather resistance, and proper installation practices.
My background in construction allows me to evaluate roofing systems differently — not just as a surface, but as part of a complete system that includes flashing, ventilation, drainage, and long-term protection of the structure.
