DENVER METRO + MOUNTAINS + WESTERN SLOPE / ROOF LEAKS + INTERIOR REPAIRS
Fix the roof.
Get your home back.
A roof leak can leave you with more than a roofing problem. Once the source is addressed, PPS can help repair damaged drywall, match texture, and paint so the space feels like home again.
OUTSIDE TO INSIDE
One problem. A clear order of work.
Owner Nick Power brings a background in roofing, remodeling, and exterior repairs. We focus on roofs, but we also understand what water can do once it gets inside. You can discuss the roof and the related interior work with the same local owner.
01 / Find the source.
We inspect likely roof entry points and explain the findings. Water can travel before it appears on a wall or ceiling, so the stain alone doesn't tell the whole story.
02 / Address the roof leak.
Agree on the roofing scope before work starts. A localized repair may be appropriate; other roof conditions can require a different plan.
03 / Assess the affected area.
We discuss damaged drywall and any removal or drying needed before closing the area back up. Hidden damage or conditions needing specialist assessment can change the scope.
04 / Patch, texture & paint.
Once the affected area is ready, we can replace or patch drywall, blend texture, prepare the surface, and paint the agreed area. Existing textures and paint can vary, so we talk through finish expectations.
Understand the scope before we start.
The roofing repair and the interior repair are related, but each needs a clear scope. Access, the affected materials, drying needs, concealed damage, texture, and the painting area all affect the plan and price.
Our goal is to address the source, then help restore the property. Painting over a water stain by itself isn't a leak repair.
GOOD QUESTIONS
What homeowners ask.
Do I need to hire someone else for the drywall?
PPS can help with drywall, texture, and painting connected to roof-leak damage. We discuss the roof and interior needs together and explain what is included in each scope.
Can you patch the ceiling while the roof is still leaking?
We plan the work around resolving the water entry and making sure the affected area is ready to close. Finishing the ceiling first can leave the same damage happening again.
Can you match the existing texture and paint?
We work to blend the repaired area with the surrounding finish. Texture, age, lighting, and existing paint all matter. A wider painting area may be needed, and we discuss that before agreeing on the finish scope.
What if there is more damage behind the drywall?
Concealed conditions can change what is needed. We explain additional findings and discuss the next steps before expanding the work. Some conditions may need specialist evaluation.
Will insurance cover the roof and interior repairs?
Your insurer determines coverage. We can document visible conditions and provide a repair scope; we don't promise a particular claim outcome.
Tell Nick what's going on.
Send the property location, where the water is showing up, and a few photos if you can take them safely. We'll start with the problem and talk through the next step.
