Leaks, flashing & penetrations
Water can enter around roof-to-wall transitions, flashing, pipe boots, vents, skylights, or damaged roofing. We look at the surrounding details instead of assuming the stain sits directly below the entry point.
Damaged roofing & storm concerns
Missing or damaged shingles and concerns after wind or hail deserve a closer look. We evaluate visible conditions and explain the scope of work. If widespread wear makes a repair a poor investment, we'll talk through that too.
We also work with metal roofs and EPDM/TPO flat roofing. The right repair depends on the existing system, its condition, and how the roof drains.

Share the property location, when the leak happens, and any photos you can safely take from the ground or inside. You don't need to climb onto the roof.

We look at the roof condition and likely problem areas, document what we find, and discuss repair or replacement options.

Understand the proposed work before it begins. Access, materials, the affected area, and any concealed damage can all influence the scope.

Our construction background helps us look beyond the roof surface. After the leak source is addressed, PPS can also help with affected drywall, texture, and painting. Interior work is scoped separately around the damage and the condition of the materials.
Fix the source first, then plan the interior restoration. Covering a stain alone doesn't resolve a leak.

Can you repair my roof instead of replacing it?
Often, a localized problem can be repaired. We need to inspect the roof's condition and the source of the issue before recommending a repair or replacement. We won't know the right scope from a photo alone.
What does a roof repair cost?
The price depends on access, roof type, how much material is affected, and whether there is concealed damage. We explain the proposed scope and pricing after evaluating the problem, rather than advertising one price for every leak.
Do you work on flat roofs?
Yes. We work with EPDM and TPO roofing systems, looking at seams, penetrations, perimeter details, and drainage as part of the evaluation.
Can you help after hail or wind damage?
We can inspect visible roof conditions, document findings, and explain repair or replacement options. Your insurer determines claim coverage.
